On Metallic Wings is a perfect-bound book. "In it, Angel Favazza's poetry illuminates the human condition with the bright beam oftechnology and casts doubt on our ability to cope with our future. WithOrwellian brushstrokes she paints a future every bit as questioning andbleak as that which Winston Smith faced, and makes us questionourselves in the ways we employ technology toward solving thedifficulties of our everyday lives. And like Orwell, she leaves it upto us as to whether we want it that way." ~Tyree Campbell, Sam's Dot Publishing

Favazza's debut Young Adult (YA) novel. Saving Death is a gripping, heartbreaking novel about Jace Kataree whose planet, Zar 5 was taken over by the Xon. Upon fleeing, what remains of his race, regroup on a deserted planet, Cian. What follows is Jace’s desire to create and train a teenage militia and their efforts to get back home and destroy the annual data (housed somewhere on their home planet). Thereby, they hope, returning their original world to its original state. Throughout the novel are allusions to internal sabotage, deep-seated love, desire, jealousy, and an intricate time paradox.
